In order to further help you secure your account, WhatsApp has introduced a Two-step verification method.
This is an optional feature that helps keep your account safe from hackers as it prompts you, from time to time, to input your PIN, in a bit to ensure you are still in full control of your account.
When enabling this feature, you have to create and confirm a unique PIN thatβs required to access your account.
