The social media comedian and skit maker known as @officialspartacuz won a Toyota Corolla from the Cubana group for creating an outstanding video advertisement for Odogwu Bitters. In a post by Obi Cubana, he said "this is about empowering the youths on creativity" He went ahead to say that besides the car, the winner will get 100k monthly for car maintenance for the next 12 months as long as he doesn't rebrand it before the expiration of the 12 months. A young lady named Mirabel Ezinne, was found dead today in a hotel at presco junction, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.  On may 2nd 2022, prior to her death, she posted a video of herself and that of the yet-to-be-identified young man in a hotel room while the latter was twerking for her and her friends.  She was found dead today with her two hands tied to her back, her legs tied and she was blindfolded. Her private part reportedly missing. The culprit is still on the run as the police are on the search for him. See Video

Alaafin Lamidi Adeyemi, the Alaafin of Oyo, has died at the age of 83. Adeyemi Lamide, Alaafin of Oyo As reported by Premium Times, he died at the Babalola University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti, in the late hours of Friday, 22nd April, 2022.  Alaafin Adeyemi ruled for 52 years as the third from the Alowodu Ruling House, before his death.  News has it that he married  seven (7) wives while he was alive.
