How to Change or Reset Your Quickteller eCash PIN

 


Quickteller App comes with an eCash virtual wallet which enables you make payments such as making Transfers, paying for subscriptions, buying airtime and data and making purchases, all at no additional cost


Did you forget your eCash pin? 

Or maybe you are worried someone else may have stolen your pin?


This shouldn't bother you as Changing or resetting your pin is super fast and easy

Just follow the below steps on your Quickteller mobile App

  • Select ‘My account'
  • Select ‘Change or Reset eCash PIN’
  • Select ‘Forgot PIN'

You will see a prompt asking for confirmation of whether you want to Reset your eCash PIN, then

  • Select ‘Reset PIN’ 
  • Enter and confirm your new PIN
A one time password(OTP) would be sent to your mobile number and you will be prompted to enter it
  • Enter the OTP 
And you eCash PIN reset is complete

It's safe to note that this Quickteller Virtual wallet is a safe and secure place for your cards
